Having issues running Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

I preordered the deluxe version of the game over a month ago, and now every time that I try and open the game, it opens the 'preparing to launch' window, closes itself, and then immediately opens right back up again? Anyone who could help me with this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
