Is anyone else experiencing consistent server issues with Steam Authentication?

I've been trying to recover my authentication codes by SMS messages but whenever I try to have the Steam app AND OR Steam on my web browser send it, I receive this error about Steam servers being down. Have the servers been down for Steam for an entire day or something? I've been trying for over a day. Here's what it looks like http://imgur.com/gallery/W7iMX1a/new
I wanted to know if anyone else is also experiencing the same issue. If you are or did but you fixed it, please help out! I'm stuck
