This was on /v/ a few hours ago, I'm not that entirely convinced since it is /v/ and there's a chance that it's just some guy pretending to be multiple people to scare people off from refunding (Don't bother thinking of a motivation, some people are just douches that way)

Anyway, most anecdotes often say that they were refunding 5 games and were sent this message. Most of them were claiming to have sent 20 Refund Tickets before getting this message.

What do you think of this? Personally, if this is true? I think Valve is jumping the gun a bit too quick, they just now introduced a refund system and a lot of people have huge backlogs of games they never played so it's not much of a stretch for them to decide to refund them back.
