Steam email limit

Is there a limit to the amount of emails steam will send you in a short period of time? I just made a lot of trade offers and was getting all the verification emails from them, however now i cannot make a trade due to not receiving anymore trade verification emails. The emails seemed to stop after receiving 20. Is there a limit, is there a way to change the limit and how long before i will receive more emails?
