Every time I try to log in to Steam for the past 5 hours, it tells me I can't connect to the Steam network. It did this once yesterday bit worked fine until this afternoon after I restarted my computer to fix it yesterday. I've restarted my computer and reset my router a few times. Nothing has worked.
I have it set so that I automatically log into my Steam client when I start my computer, and it keeps telling me I can't connect to the network and makes me log back into the client manually. I log in, it gives me the "Could Not Connect To The Steam Network" pop-up, and it has a little "Quit" option there. If I click it, my Steam client pops-up for about 2 seconds and then closes, and when I try to launch it again, I'm told I can't connect. I know steamstat.us says that only 44 US servers are working, but steamstat isn't the most reliable thing on the planet.
This is really disappointing because all I want to do is play some Binding of Isaac: Rebirth which isn't even a multiplayer game or anything, and I technically need no internet connection at all for it. I could launch Steam in Offline Mode, but IIRC you don't receive achievements in Offline Mode, and I have no clue if Binding of Isaac: Rebirth can check if you earned any achievements while in offline mode, and these aren't achievements you can go back and get easily.
EDIT: It's fixed. All I did was log out of the website, and then log into the client, although I've never had issues being logged into both the website and the client. Don't know how that fixed it, but I'm not complaining.
