[suggestion] Add Option to sort Library by tags

I have always thought the category functions of the game library was terrible, hard to use and not user friendly. But by having this TAG Idea in the library would make it a lot easier to order your games. So it would be set out like this (In my mind anyway)

You add tags to your library
The tags you add act in the same way the current categories work
The games which are commonly given a tag are in put in the corresponding category
Games can be in many categories
Games that are in no categories are placed in 'Other'
Once a game is in your library it doesn't move (unless you change it)
This is an option that you can turn off

I have only spent like 30 seconds thinking about this but I think it would be pretty good

I think we can all agree that they library view does need lots of updating
