Last 2 days of Steam sale have been...lacking imo

I'm sure there are some that loved the games that were on sale yesterday and currently...but I just can't help but think it's not that great. I was hoping to find some game bundles or series for a $5-10 range and some newish games for a cheap price...$45 for Black flag isn't that great imo...I could have gotten it for $30 on Black friday/Cyber Monday at a retail store...I just have better expectations of Steam I suppose.
Guess I'm waiting till the next Flash sale or tomorrow.
