To start off with, I ended up getting abiotic factor, me and friends didn't like it, I forgot to close it when I left my house, and I had about 3.8 hours on it. I went to refund explaining it then citing my friends accounts as EVIDENCE that I genuinely did not play that much. In my opinion, I thought the 2 hours only is QUITE small for MAJORITY of games, and then my friend said if i asked 100 people, they would all agree with him. So i wanted to hear other peoples thoughts.
On top of this, I feel as if Steam NEEDS to do away with the 2 hour limit entirely, and change it to an achievement-based refund system, not hour-based.
TL:DR Salty i couldnt get 25$ dollars back on a game ill never play again, and now even more salty my friends didnt agree with me that 2 hour limit is ridiculous.
