Long story short…many years ago, I tore my ACL. I had repair done. Now I’m in my 40s and it hurts constantly. I think it’s because my quads/hamstring needs to be stronger. I don’t have access to a quad strength machine. What other exercises or lifts will increase my quad strength for my knee support?
