how does progressive overload work?

like the post said how do u add weight or reps overtime for bench i am stuck at 105x6 reps everytime i do it i bench two times per week and squat too i can do 140-6reps but the next time i do it i am stuck at the same weight and rep. i dont get how does progressive overload work it seems i am stuck at the same weight or rep evertime i do it or is it something to do with my form

my diet- 1930calories 132proteins 228 carbs at 152 pounds im very weak

You have to put more weight on next time. If you can’t do 5lbs then do 2.5. Stop doing 6 reps, program calls for 3 work sets of 5 reps. If your form is good, then put more weight on next workout.
