Hey so I guess I have a decent idea of ‘what’ my problem is but I’m having a terrible time at fixing it. Being quite kyphotic, I have a hard time keeping the shoulders back and the chest up when The weight gets heavy for both Squats and Deadlifts
Another issue is with squats, I can’t seem to get my right hand in a comfortable position. My left hand is all but fine but when the weight gets heavier, I feel like there is so much pressure on the palm of my hand which then puts pressure into my forearm
I guess any pointers/tips would be appreciated as I have hit higher weights before but have always felt my form is pretty bad

Squat set 3 I cut this short as my right shoulder/arm was feeling sore from the squats and I didn’t want to do any more damage https://youtu.be/HK_5FxzYjo0
Deadlift Once again I try to lift the chest up but the break off the floor causes my shoulders to start to round https://youtu.be/HEYt60TuOEI
