Hi, I work a weird schedule. I work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, for 12 hours each day. This makes it somewhat difficult to lift on Friday and get a good amount of sleep.
On Friday I come home from work, and then I lift for a few hours. I need to go to bed ASAP but instead I try to get my Friday lifting done, my lifting seems to take up a good 3 hours or so, since I tend to take longer rest periods.
This week, because I was trying to work lifting into my schedule, I ended up going to work with only about 4 hours of sleep
I'm wondering if anyone might have any alternatives for my situation. Would I be able to do something like... 4x5 Monday, 3x5 Wednesday, 2x5 Friday? Or 5x5, 3x5, 1x5?
so need to shorten the amount of time that it takes to lift on Friday, so that I don't end up losing sleep, thanks.
