Is diet as crucial on Sunday?

I’m 23/5’11”/225lb I lift MWF, so I’m curious if tracking is still crucial on Sunday since I’ve had Saturday to recover. It’s nice to have a day where I don’t track and eat whatever I want. During the week I eat 225g of protein and 3,500 calories of pretty clean food. I haven’t stalled yet and my lifts are: squat 315, bench 205, ohp 135, and deadlift 395 for 3x5 except deadlift obviously.
