Missed bench twice, and the second time was worse.

Been on the program 9 weeks, and my lifts have progressed as such: Squat: 180lb>255lb (Had a reset because of some knee inflammation) Bench: 125lb>185lb Deadlift: 180lb>335b Press: 80lb>120lb Rows: 120lb>145lb (I can't clean due to a scaphoid non-union fracture in my left wrist that never healed. I have a pretty severe loss of backwards mobility.) I'm eating 3200-3300 calories a day, and I've been gaining weight. It's hard to say how much because when I eat that much I am super bloated all the time, even when I wake up in the morning. My sleep has been pretty awesome. I'm a full time student, so I get about 9 hours a night, sometimes even 10. My second to last workout I went to make the jump from 180-185 and I got every rep except for the last one of the third set. Today when I went to bench 185 again, I unracked it and barely hit the first rep of the first set..... I almost cried. What a bummer. This seems super drastic to me. I'm almost 99% sure I will be told to eat more, which I will do if I have to. But can someone explain to me why the difference in the amount of reps I could complete would be so different? My positioning and form felt good, just when I unracked it, it felt heavy as fuck.
