Powercleans and scaphoid fracture
Post Body

Male/23/220lbs./5'10"

My lift progress is as follows after 16 workouts

Squat: 180>250 (had a reset due to form)

Bench: 120>170

Ohp: 75>120

Deadlift: 200>315

My last workout i couldn't hit the deadlift at 325 for all 5 reps, so I figure it's power clean time. The only problem is that I had a scaphoid non union fracture that went untreated for almost 5 years. I had developed bad arthritis as well from it, so I had a central denervation where I basically feel nothing in my left wrist. The fracture is still there, I just don't feel it. The problem is that I lost a lot of backwards mobility in my wrist. I can't do push-ups because I'm physically unable to bend my wrist back 90 degrees, and even backwards at all. So this puts a hiccup in the top of the power clean for me. Should I just sub in barbell rows?
