Post Body

I stayed at the same weight with squats for awhile to work on form, because once I hit 250 my form was going crazy. I deloaded to 225 and stayed there twice until I felt confident. I worked on opening up at the hips a lot and watched a looooottttttt of reps on YouTube over and over. The squat vid is from 235 today and I feel like I'm just hitting depth pretty efficiently, like my hip crease is just under my knees. I had a tendency to dive bomb into the hole, then it felt like my hammies would slack and my bar speed would slow way down on the way back up. One thing that worries me is that when I'm done squatting I feel it in my quads a little, but my lower back is pumped as hell. More so than on my deadlifts. It's okay by the time I get to my deadlifts though and doesn't affect my pulling strength. Is this okay?

I don't know why my lower back feels so pumped after my squats, because my deadlift is far ahead of my squat.

P.s. pulled three plates from the floor for the first time, so I'm pumped about that.
