Ok so I am starting to plateau pretty hard on my squat and bench on the NLP. Should I incorporate sets of 3 reps? Or what should I do next?

I am male 32 approx 220 pounds. Bench 192 pounds for a triple and squat 220 3x5. 6 foot. Eat and sleep good and lift every 3 mins for sets.
