How do you keep the fire up and maintain accountability in team.

It's been few months, since me and buddy, started doing business in providing design and Dev services, we are working with other small businesses and working in collaboration with them, how do we keep everyone accountable in the team and also build professionalism among team members and co founders.

We are very small, I feel I am buring on my own, the stress and need to always be the fire and give fire to all others, motivate them and make them accountable to their and motivate and make them work togther and go on without getting distracted.

Please give any advice to level up. Being in inital phase of building a small business without much experience, I feel it is a lonely and confusing journey, it is Joyfull sometimes and tough too.
