New support information regarding passwords during sign up

How do I set my account password?

Make sure your password has at least 12 characters. If you forgot your password or are having issues logging in, please go to https://auth.starlink.com/ and click the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.

They have changed a lot of the support page on the Starlink website and this was new information regarding the password signup. At least the password length part. The web address has been on their support page since I gained access to the account a few weeks ago. when i created my password it didn't specify that it needed to be at least 12 characters...luckily my password is a long one anyway.
