So I received an email to sign up for beta program here in MT. I am excited to get going but when I placed the order it didn't take me to another screen. The website didn't move. From what I have seen most orders get taken to an "you will receive and email shortly message." this didn't happen for me but my credit card got a pending charge to Space Exploration Tech with the phone number 3106829683 which goes to the voicemail of Matthew Johnson...not able to reach him though. I also called the spaceX number I was able to google and the support number for existing customers which just directs me to seek support in my account...I can't create an account because I never received an email after placing my order. It has been several days now since the order was placed and I have received another email offering sign up for starlink but with the other charge still pending at 549.00 dollars I can't order it again. I have found no support to call for order support and can't get a hold of anyone to help me figure out what happened. I don't want to dispute the charge either because I have faith in starlink but this is getting extremely frustrating now..................Please message me privately for my contact info if need be or reply to this post to help me out...thanks
