My system said offline check power and cables on August the 28. I opened a support ticket wondering how long it would take that was a Sunday afternoon about 5 hours later I received an email. I jumped on they said dish was obstructed. I sent picture of dish 45 feet in air not obstructed. 10 minutes later I get reply sending you modem and new 75' cord. I replied again I have the 150'. So they fixed that. Had modem in 10 days cable took until Sept 2nd. I had hung in there patiently I sent 2 more messages would have to create a new ticket and they said reooen old I said you closed it I cannot that option is gone. I did get a reply it had been escalated and I was getting a 110. credit. I asked them to send a dish in case it was not cable because my 75 foot one did it also. I received cable same issue. Opened new ticket 12th Sept. Took 3 days for response I realized then you talk only praise about them or they can hurt you. I was told I would be getting another dish. Do patiently I have been waiting. I have to have a booster 30 feet up to bring 4glte into my house. My only option is SL tried other satellite companies and SL is the best speed I wonder now from what I have been reading about over crowded. Tonight I could not wait any longer so I had to open another ticket and I put my cell number to call me in it like I have before. 20 minutes ago my phone rang caller ID said StarLink and showed me a number I about fell out of my chair. I said what do I owe the privilege and they are escalating me a dish. I was told I could use that number to call if had not arrived by the 28th. So yes they do have phones and can use them. I have never heard of anyone getting a call before. I will not give it out. I think it boils down to letting them feel your frustration but maintaining a good conveyance of getting it across. I know they have to get it hard at times. It made me think reading it and hearing what is the difference it's not there fault. I am behind their customer service again and feel that they have just so many things they can do management has to control it and the P&L. I think they should have an inventory set aside for current customers. They are growing and you grow too fast that can be as bad as no growth at all. That is where they are at.
