Hey Starlink peoples: sincere question, how are we supposed to engage with customer support / technical needs?

I have had a Starlink system for a year and as of two days ago it worked reliably well. Now the system is showing: disconnected status.

Nothing has changed at all. No configuration change. No hardware changes. Bill is paid in full.

And it appears my only option is to open a text chat request for help?

Is this the only pathway to support?
