Sharing to recognize some stellar customer service.
I moved from Northern California where I relied on Starlink to run my home office set-up to a town in Ohio where it wasn't available at the time(October '21). Somehow the dish must have been damaged during the move because I reestablished service and the best signal I can get is giving me about .9mbps down and .4mbps up. I put in my support ticket and was called less than 5 minutes after submitting. Spent about 40 minutes troubleshooting and resulted in the Rep, Armando, setting up a warranty replacement on my dish and credit for lost time as it will likely be about 2 weeks before the new dish arrives.
I call that a win!
