Last night I was working in my basement where I have the PoE Injector for Dishy sitting on a shelf with my other network gear. I accidentally hit the ethernet cord and the Dishy PoE injector crashed to the floor, breaking one of the ethernet jacks on the injector. Totally my fault. I submitted a support ticket to Starlink asking for a replacement PoE injector. I got a quick response for an RMA shipping label and refurbished kit to be sent out. They want Dishy and everything else returned to them. Thankfully I kept the original box that Dishy was shipped in. I'm also thankful that although I have Dishy mounted on my single story roof, it isn't very hard to get to.
Something to consider for new Dishy owners. Don't throw out the original box and place Dishy where you can easily uninstall it if it stops working.
