Need two lengths of cable

Post Body
I think I will mount my dish on an antenna truss/mast planted at the end of our detached garage. It will take at least two lengths of cable, maybe three, to route it down the truss, across the lawn, through the wall, then run it to where the router will live.
So, two questions…
Is any signal strength lost with the use of extra cabling?
Is it okay to bury the cable in the ground, like you can do with coax?
Thank you.
