Travelling to a Latam country without Starlink service

Hello! I recently ordered my Starlink residential hardware, I live in Colombia.
Lately this year I'll be visiting family in Venezuela and I wonder if I could bring my Starlink there? They live in a rural area and I pretty much will need internet for remote working. I ask this because Starlink's not an official provider in Venezuela, but I guess you can still get signal, is that legal or okay?
I just checked the Starlink availability map and Venezuela is now on "Coming Soon" stage. What are your thoughts?
