Business Starlink account locked

I know, I know - this is a common theme, but we are currently locked out of our starlink account and can't pay the balance due. We've tried everything we can think of to get help from Starlink with no success. Does anyone know a way a business can reach out to Starlink support for help?
To make things a bit more complicated - we shared and office with another business and we are almost certain it's due to them that this has happened.
I just want to do be able to do my work!
