Starlink VPN?

With starlink having ground stations all over the globe, wouldn't VPN service be one of the most potentially software driven revenue streams starlink could take with very very minimal labor cost?
Why not give you clients the ability to choose whether or not they want to be accurate about their location?
I'm sure Sterling has already had to do with foya requests, but for anything short of a subpoena couldn't they provide this service?
