Beginning my grand rewatch of SG movie, SG-1, SGA, according to chronological order!
Ah.. the movie...
Things were interestingly fun back in 1994. Catherine tells James Spader's Daniel that the 6th chevron lock-in is as far as they've ever managed to achieve in the two whole years of military research before he came and figured out the 7th symbol.
With 6 chevrons locked, only one more unknown slot, and merely 31 remaining unused symbols, no military expert ever succeeded at brute force random dialing through all 31 remaining symbols in two whole years.
I just love the 1994 campiness, don't you?
Everyone always forgets stellar drift.
