Is there a mod to drop ship class requirements in ship builder?

For instance: I have a Diemos structural piece that is labeled “class M” and would like to use it on a C class ship, but am unable to add without encountering the ship class error. Is there a mod that can drop this requirement in some way? I’d love to use it for something. Thanks y’all!
