Legendary Weapon Glitch with new DLC?

Is anyone else getting the exact same “Legendary” weapons?
I have gotten 6 of the exact same “Shattering, Chilling, Anti-Personnel” Va’Ruun Painblade, and pretty much only melee weapons from legendary foes. With some Legendary foes not dropping any loot whatsoever…is this just a new DLC issue?
