(Help) Xbox one - Spawn NPC Mod backfired. CAN’T PROGRESS!

Hello all I am reaching out for help.
I enabled the spawn NPC mod and accidentally spawned a few NPC’s. They some how followed me into the Lodge and the original in game NPC’s are now in a constant gun battle every time I enter the Lodge. I cannot progress through the main story because they are all in fight mode.
Is there a way to delete the spawned NPC’s or remove them entirely so I can continue my game?
