Spoilers newgame+ alternate universe starts confirmation

I've been wanting one of the alternate starts other than just Sarah Morgan at the lodge and had been looking on reddit and saw a post that if your new game plus has the lodge (mast district) direction in the mission then its your average no change universe and no different.
So I saved in the unity and kept reloading and I can confirm that if it has just the lodge then it's a divergent universe.
Granted it takes a few tries around 15 ish since the chance of getting a normal univers is like 85%
