Was just wrongfully arrested by SysDef and now on the undercover quest; will there be an oppurtunity to betray/kill Kibwe Ikande and Jillian Toft?

I am pissed off at how I was arrested for no reason when returning to Jemison from a mission and was going to actually finalize signing up to the vanguard! Next thing I'm on board the UC Vigilance being forced to take up a mission to spy on Crimson Fleet- without reason/due process. hated how one of the SysDef guards ecorting me around kept referring me as convict (plan to kill him too if the chance is there). Only planning on doing this as I can earn money from SysDef but I hope there's an oppurtunity to betray and kill them!
