It finally broke.

It started as simple texture bugs, then it soon became the interior of my ship creating doubles, an inability to do the red mile, a piece of asteroid following my every move, my companion spawning inside of rocks, and now my ship has gone completely invisible (I think) and I am unable to board and unboard my ship wherever I go. This is what my screen looks like. This is entirely expected of a new Bethesda game, I guess. However, I've never encountered such a game breaking bug before now.
