This has been driving me crazy. I have not been able to rank up my Isolation skill, and I have had no idea why. I just started doing the Crimson Fleet quests, and when about to enter The Lock, Delgado tells me I have to leave my companions topside. Only, I have no companions. No crew on my ship, only Vasco being an asshole everywhere I go, but he isn’t my companion, he is just there. So, I activate the activity to retrieve my followers, and it leads me to my ship. On my ship, there is a dead botanist. Now that I see the body again, that body has followed me out of every temple I have been to, too. I am on console. Is there any way to get rid of this botanist the game has tagged as a follower, for some reason? I literally can’t upgrade this skill until/unless I start NG , and I have already maxed my companion affinities, so I just travel alone now, anyway. Can this be fixed, by me, without having to wait for a patch, or to NG ?
