An npc i think they couldve done more with

After 55 hours into starfield, theres an npc i feel they couldve done more with, i kinda wish they made him recruitable. Thats Davis Wilson, idk hes just the type of character i could have chats and strolls with and just nonchalantly go pirate hunting with, exchanging one-liners and stuff. Also, during the "leader of the pack" quest if you look on the menu, they spell his name wrong as "davis wildon" and not "davis wilson."
