Completed “all that money can buy” on Neon and can’t exit dialog at the end during “go to ship”

When I talk to Walter (who prevents me from launching the ship) I get stuck in the conversation and the buttons won’t exit it no matter what I hit. Fast travel is also unavailable so I can’t travel before the conversation. I can’t exit the dialog. If I try launching straight away, it doesn’t even let me hit the Y to launch, the game just doesn’t register the keystroke. I’ve also reverted saves and fast travel isn’t available.

My next furthest back save is Level 1 ☹️

I’m playing on Xbox Series X.

Anyone have any tricks I can try?
