If this has been said a bunch i apologize i havent seen it. Given that there will be abandoned outposts and mines and even faction run outposts, can they be overtaken?

Im just thinking as far as faction wars go i think itd be cool if as part of the red mile i conquered other faction outposts. instead of destroying them just take them over. Id prefer that because i think itd be a huge savings on resources and money.

Also for abandoned places, would it be too crazy to maybe find whats wrong and fix it and then just add it to your facilities? I think that would be a fun way to randomly help or turn up a random resource players didnt know they needed.
