Sagittarius A (black hole)?

The artifacts seems to enclose a black hole (maybe Sagittarius a which is the massive black hole at the centre of our galaxy, the wilky way). I think that black hole is the portal to another universe where we encounter for the first time alien intelligent life. And the shattered space expansion could be that the portal malfunction and alien are able to cross to our universe and a war between us and them will rise.
