Need help from the cool phone players out there!

Helllllllllp! I had to get a new phone, as overnight I had the black screen of death overtake my old one. When I went to boot up Stardew, it showed NO saved games - NONE! I am gutted, as my main one had over 200 hours of play time in it! Is there ANY way that I can get my games back or am I screwed? :'( :'(
ETA my OS is Android 11 - I think that's it?
