Can’t place items into artisan equipment

I’ve been using the artisan equipment with no problem, making mayonnaise, cloth, jam, pickled stuff, wine, etc. but now all of a sudden I can’t place anything in the equipment, when I go to put a fruit in the perserve jar it just moves but nothing goes in it and I tried with the mayonnaise maker and tried putting eggs in it and the same issue nothing can be placed in them, so does anyone have any idea why I’ve restarted the game and everything but still no luck
