Anyone use GOG Galaxy cloud saves w/ multiple accounts?

Let me explain my situation. I purchased two copies of stardew valley using GOG but bought them on separate accounts. That way I can play on my PC while my gf uses her laptop and we can both play side by side. My question is, if I sign into my GOG account on her laptop and sync my save file with cloud saves, would it overwrite her preexisting save files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
