Need help improving my Organizaion.

I've started a new organization that focusis on Scouting and Infiltration, mainly for smugglers, pirates and thives, but we'll work for anyone who will pay. The idea is that we will do recon work, help plane heists and gather information for people. Let me know what you would change and add.
