We have had some requests for donations. We are generally iffy about this. The Starbow mod has been our hobby and passion for the last 2 years had we had never dreamed it would become so big. After much discussion we have decided to open up two donations options for those who wants to. We will probably never mention this again unless people ask.

1. Donate towards Starbow tournaments / events

All money donated here will go directly towards one or more Starbow tournaments or events. It is very hard for us now to say what sort of tournament or event this will be since it is closely linked to the amount of money that will be donated. If we receive little, we will probably organize a smaller tournament ourselves. If we receive a lot, we can try to cooperate with a major organizer to host a bigger event. E.g. like a kick-starter once Starbow is out of beta.

2. Donate towards Stabow development.

Many in the "Starbow team" have little time for Starbow. We work and/ or study. Our main developer, for example, both study and have a part-time job. Some weeks he simply has no time to work on Starbow at all. Donations here will help us have more time to spend on Starbow and also be able to purchase more adequate equipment for this purpose.

Last words

We are not begging. We are going to continue to do exactly the same as we have been doing if we do not get a single dollar. We just want to open the option for those have been requesting it.
