Personally, I really like Rampart, he seems like a competent character and I think we'll definitely see more of him.
He's pretty much a reskinned Tarkin, but I like seeing villains that aren't utterly incompetent (a few in Rebels come to mind) and hope to see him play a bigger role in season 2.
