Hello there,
I was in the mood of playing some Star Wars Squadrons, using a warthog stick and throttle. Although I'm getting to mapping everything like I want, I'm pretty sure the engine power in the game works like a /- switch and not like an axis.
What I mean is : 50% on the physical throttle doesn't give me 50% engine power in the game. If I crank it up it will act like i'm pressing some " " button continuously util engine power is at maximum. If I crank it down it gives a continuous "-" command until engines are killed. And if I want to maintain current speed I gotta find the exact 50% position of the throttle so that nothing is "pressed".
So yeah, it's designed for a x360 controller where you press separate triggers to regulate engine power I guess, and it's horrible. Any tips on fixing that and get the throttle to work like a normal axis throttle in that game ?
Thank you for any advice !
