What mods are the most stable for skirmish multiplayer with a few friends?

Im looking for a mod to play with a few friends that wont crash every single game. So far base game doesnt crash but fall of the republic and republic at war both do every game. I was wondering if there was a mod with multiplayer stability in mind because the base game is just so boring. Ill play any mod just as long as it wont crash half way through a match.
