I'm currently reading the first Darth Bane novel (and own the other two), and want to get some other Legends novels to read in the near future. Aside from Drew Karpyshyn's books, I've heard here and there about Timothy Zahn and James Luceno's novels, and also Karen Traviss' Commando series. So I might start with one of their series, but I only really know the basic gist of the old Thrawn series and that the Commando books are sort-of tied into the Republic Commando game's story. If I can, I'd like to check out one of these series but if there are others or standalone novels, I'd appreciate those too!
For legends my two personal favorites were the Thrawn trilogy and the X-Wing series of 9 books. They’re my top two
