Do the Sith stop using the rule of two in the future?

Post Body

When I say in the future, I mean after Luke established his academy and the new republic.

I know the rule of two was used to control the "Sith population" but they are the minority in the galaxy when compared to the Jedi. So it makes sense that they start having more than one apprentice if they want to re-establish themselves.

So do they still use the rule of two in the future or did they change things up?
